eTV
kiosks are the next step retailers, dealerships and bankers
will take to brand their website in-house, promoting e-commerce
and increasing customer loyalty to their products and stores.
The eTV kiosks, housing large monitors with keyboards and
Internet PCs, are placed where customers can easily see and
use them. Applications for the eTV kiosks are as varied as
the imagination. Retail stores can use eTV to provide additional
customer service and increase sales by allowing customers
to order items not presently available in the store through
an on-line catalog – for pick up or direct shipment. Branding,
exposing and capturing customers in-store is the key to getting
them into the e-commerce mode at their home or office.
The
eTV2 is just one of three eTV configurations. ETV4 and eTV6
are also available. It’s two stations allow two persons simultaneous
access to a kiosk application.
The
eTV kiosk is easily reconfigured to suit a variety of kiosk
applications. Different size monitors, credit card readers,
printers or phone handsets can be added to this design.
