What is the general lead time for delivery once my order is placed?
Standard kiosk models with few modifications are ready to ship within 3-6 weeks of receipt of your order and necessary deposits. Custom kiosks and/or kiosks requiring special tooling or long lead components may take anywhere from 5-8 weeks from order placement.

Does KIOSK provide software?
KIOSK provides software through a kiosk partner network, consisting of developers who have real applications working in the field, and have an impressive client reference list that they can provide to you.

Will KIOSK load my software onto the kiosk?
Yes, if required. KIOSK' in-house integration team performs a variety of functions including component integration, wiring, software loading, testing and UL certification. Fees vary according to project requirements.
KIOSK also ships kiosks fully integrated and software-ready for loading your application. Please contact KIOSK to determine the best integration process for your project.

Our project is confidential. Will KIOSK sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
Due to the proprietary nature of the kiosk market, all information shared between your company and KIOSK is regarded as strictly confidential. For your convenience, KIOSK utilizes a standard NDA and would be happy to engage in a signed agreement between companies. If you have devised your own NDA, KIOSK' legal department will review this document to ensure that the terms are acceptable by both parties.

I'm ready to order. How do I get started?
Contact KIOSK with your project requirements, model if selected and quantity needed. KIOSK will send you a formalized quote detailing all of the specifics with regards to pricing, delivery and terms. Once the paperwork and required deposits are received, KIOSK will assign a project manager to oversee the entire build and delivery of your kiosk project.

What do I need to do in order to get pricing information?
Contact us or call us directly at 800-509-5471 and tell us which kiosk model you are
interested in (standard or custom), a detailed description of the components you want in those kiosks, the number
of kiosks required and some details on your application/project. Our experienced sales representatives can provide
you with a detailed quote based on your requirements.

I want a custom design that looks just like one of your kiosk models in your Custom photo gallery. Can you build this for me?
Many of the kiosk designs listed under the Custom photo gallery are available for resale. There are also a handful of designs that are proprietary, which means the former client owns the exclusive right to that particular design. Contact a KIOSK rep to determine the optimal design for your project.

What is the difference between Standard and Custom kiosks?
Standard kiosks are pre-designed enclosures that include all 30 kiosk models listed under the
Kiosk Products section. Standard models can be customized to fit a wide variety of components without building a custom kiosk from the ground up. These models can also be customized with paint and graphics to better fit the aesthetics of your kiosk project.
Custom Kiosks are generally developed for projects requiring unique branding or specialized/complex components, as well as larger kiosk deployments over 50 units.

Can I provide or install my own PC in a KIOSK kiosk?
KIOSK typically provides the complete hardware solution for all kiosks, including your choice of Celeron or Pentium computer at a very competitive price. This complete configuration also offers an extended warranty to protect your investment. There are exceptions that may prevent KIOSK from providing the computer such as custom configuration or proprietary components required to operate your kiosk application, as well as other previous partner agreements that require specified computer brands.

Can I purchase an empty kiosk enclosure and install my own components?
KIOSK typically provides the complete hardware configuration for all kiosk platforms, to ensure optimal fitting, as well as field tested components that are proven reliable for long-term operation. There are certain exceptions for larger production projects that KIOSK may consider for accepting customer-consigned components.

I have a custom component I would like to use in the kiosk. Can KIOSK install this device for me?
KIOSK has experience with all types of specialized components requiring simple bracketing, or more complex proprietary devices needing special interface boards, motorized devices or customized delivery systems.

Can KIOSK create or produce graphics/art/signage for my kiosk?
Yes. KIOSK employs a complete in-house graphics department with options to produce all types of artwork,
including vinyl, translucent backlit signage, silkscreen, posters and more. Please review the
Look and Feel section under any of the Kiosk Standard Models to get an idea of the many possibilities for customizing your own unique design.

What are my color choices?
KIOSK offers 15 standard choices for powdercoat paint finishes on all kiosks, ensuring long-term durability. Custom colors and finishes are also available for an additional fee.

Does KIOSK sell separate components without a kiosk enclosure?
KIOSK will sell spare components sets for development purposes upon placement of a kiosk order. If you have purchased a KIOSK kiosk and would like to purchase spare components, please contact KIOSK to reach our Technical Support Department.

What is a kiosk?
A KIOSK kiosk is an electronic based, self-service interactive terminal. This is not the same as a manned station in the middle of a shopping mall.

Are KIOSK kiosks ADA compliant for the disabled?
All KIOSK kiosks comply with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) for accessibility by the disabled or physically challenged. Special options for visual and hearing impaired kiosks are also available for an additional fee.

Can I purchase a single kiosk, or is there a minimum quantity?
You may purchase 1 kiosk or 1,000 kiosks. There is no minimum or maximum quantity requirement.

Does KIOSK offer a Demo Kiosk program?
Yes, for orders over 10 units on our standard product line. Credit approval is required for 14-day evaluation models. Contact KIOSK for more details.

Once you ship the kiosk, how long does it take to get to me?
Kiosks are shipped via standard over-the road ground freight and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. Expediting or overnight shipping is also available for an additional fee. International shipments may involve ocean, air and truck freight, with varying costs based on location.

Does KIOSK offer outdoor kiosks?
KIOSK offers 2 standard outdoor kiosk models, including the KT145 Thinman and KT-112/114 Stealth.
These standard units are designed for installation in sheltered (ie protected) locations.
They are not designed to withstand direct exposure to the elements.
For kiosk projects requiring full exposure, KIOSK has extensive experience and can offer custom design services to optimize the design based on the climate conditions for your kiosk project.
