Hotdesk Support

KIOSK has a staff of trained service technicians that provide real-time telephone support for most kiosk hardware issues. KIOSK's experience shows that more than 80% of all incoming calls are resolved without the aid of a field technican.

KIOSK Customer Hotdesk Support includes:

  • Answering questions

  • Assistance with troubleshooting

  • Dispatch of on-site maintenance support when necessary

  • Access to KIOSK managed nationwide factory-trained technicians

  • Assistance with replacement parts

  • Monitoring and management assistance for your KIOSK kiosks

  • Hours of operation are 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday thru Friday (Mountain Time USA).
