KIOSK provides the following onsite service options:
- 48-Hour Response/Repair: A service technician is dispatched to the kiosk location within 48 hours.
- 24-Hour Response/Repair: A service technician is dispatched to the kiosk location within 24 hours.
- 24-Hour/7 days a week Response/Repair (with 4-hour response): A service technician is dispatched to the kiosk location
within 4 hours on a 24-hour, 7 days a week schedule.
- Remedial onsite maintenance options
- Custodial services such as cleaning interior/exterior of kiosks on a scheduled basis
