Onsite Service

In order to ensure operational uptime and maximum return on your investment, KIOSK offers onsite maintenenance unsurpassed in the industry. With a nationwide network of over 5,000 factory-trained service technicians, KIOSK stands ready to support your kiosk initiatives.

KIOSK provides the following onsite service options:

  • 48-Hour Response/Repair: A service technician is dispatched to the kiosk location within 48 hours.

  • 24-Hour Response/Repair: A service technician is dispatched to the kiosk location within 24 hours.

  • 24-Hour/7 days a week Response/Repair (with 4-hour response): A service technician is dispatched to the kiosk location within 4 hours on a 24-hour, 7 days a week schedule.

  • Remedial onsite maintenance options

  • Custodial services such as cleaning interior/exterior of kiosks on a scheduled basis
