KIOSK 5 Differentiators - Why KIOSK

Quality

KIOSK is an ISO 9001:2000 quality facility. This is the international standard of excellence in manufacturing. In order to maintain this certification, KIOSK is subjected to a stringent annual audit which evaluates not only manufacturing capabilities, but also overall corporate processes and procedures.

Each unit produced by KIOSK undergoes a 52-point quality inspection that evaluates all the mechanical and electrical aspects of every product. These certification processes, combined with over eleven years of experience building products for some of the largest corporations in the world, gives KIOSK a unique combination of real world experience that is unmatched in the industry.

KIOSK's continuous commitment to quality ensures that the products their customers receive are state-of-the-art. These stringent quality standards will guarantee success of any project and significantly reduce the costs associated with service and maintenance.

Capacity

The number of units built and deployed by KIOSK on the average day is more than the average kiosk manufacturer can produce in a month. Our 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility has the capability of producing up to 250 individual units each day.

This will greatly improve their customers speed to market, and gives KIOSK the ability to fulfill very large complex orders with relative ease.

Safety

Underwriters Laboratories (UL) has been the worldwide standard in safety for over 100 years. Kiosk Information Systems has the unique ability to provide products with a UL certification prior to that product ever being shipped. As a matter of fact, the criteria for the UL certifications applied to kiosks were developed around KIOSK products. So when it comes to safety, they truly can say that they set the standard. The industry average for UL certification is 90 days. In other words it will take virtually every other manufacturer three months to provide this certification.

The KIOSK UL process will improve the speed of any company.s deployment and ensure that the products they receive are safe while reducing a corporation.s liability.

Flexibility

KIOSK is not your .one size fits all. product manufacturer. With 28 standard kiosk designs to choose from and thousands of custom units built over the last decade, there is no other company in the kiosk industry with more flexibility than KIOSK. They design units to fit all types of environments and locations to serve every purpose.

One of the many features that set KIOSK apart is their ability to design and engineer all of their products in-house. Special requests (additional signage, colors or a completely new design that is unique) can be accommodated without delays to any delivery schedule.

KIOSK will take into consideration any unique request and incorporate that into every deployment. This allows companies the ability to reinforce their brand recognition into every design to increase corporate presence and product usability.

Experience

KIOSK is the largest manufacturer of kiosks in the world. With over 30% market share and eleven years of profitable growth, they offer a wealth of experience that is unsurpassed in the industry.

KIOSK takes the role of not only a manufacturer, but as a consultant to ensure that every project is a success. KIOSK has built virtually all types of self service applications in every type of location and environment imaginable.

They operate a 65,000 square foot manufacturing facility with over 70 employees solely dedicated to building, servicing and supporting self-service initiatives.

There is no value in building sub standard products that will not guarantee long term success. KIOSK became the leader in the industry by taking a consultative role in each project.

Corporations rely on KIOSK.s experience to reduce the overall cost of projects and greatly improve the chances that each deployment is utilized and successful.

Companies such as; Wal-Mart, Citibank, McDonalds, Conoco, IBM, Mercedes Benz, PepsiCo, FedEx, Anheuser Busch, Safeway, Sony, Xerox and the United States Postal Service are a small sample of the corporations that have selected KIOSK to design and manufacture their kiosk initiatives.
